MY WELLNESS JOURNAL STARTER

I am a creator of light.

MY WELLNESS JOURNAL STARTER

I am going to make myself a notebook with a plan for my wellness. In it I will start with the basics. I will divide my notebook into sections. Each section I will leave a few blank pages so I can elaborate. In it I will make my own assessment that I will support with my readings, specialists, doctors, mentors, family, friends, articles and podcasts etc. I am aware the world is constantly evolving and so is the information I collect. I will remain open-minded to the fact that nothing is permanent, and that all the information I receive is a flexible notion of the truth. I will seek my own. I will find whatever resonates with me the most. I will practice being flexible and kind to other people’s truths. After all we are all in this world looking for answers to the unknown. I will appreciate the ones I can resonate with and gracefully reject the ones that don’t serve me.
I will make my journal as practical and beautiful as it needs to be. I will keep it handy, so I can keep track of things. Knowing it’s there when I need it. It will not become a chore, It will be my wellness plan where I will be completely honest and real. Where I will write my doubts and find my answers. I am my own advocate. I know myself the best. This is my journey. And I love it. All of it, the sunny days and the dark ones too. Because I know without Rain there are no rainbows or flowers. Here we go! I got this.

Section 4-
My doodles, my thoughts, my affirmations.
Here I will be a creative artist. I will draw or write whatever I need for the day. I will be raw and I will pour my brain into it. I will unleash my imagination. Because I am a magnificent creator. This will be the place where I won’t be judged. There is no perfection. Only acceptance and kindness in my brain.

After I elaborate and organize my journal I am going to start a list of priorities.

Number one- will be the thing that is taking away most of my peace, the one thing that I have the most angst about. The one that I fear the most, or that makes me feel uneasy. The remaining ones will also need to be looked at as I progress.

I will not be manifesting anything negative by writing them down. I simply need to organize my brain to make sure that I listen to my needs. I will honor these thoughts and worries but will not make them my truth. I don’t get defined by what happens to me. I am the one who deals with all aspects of my life and I am in control of my feelings. I am in control of bringing myself into homeostasis and peace. To become a better version of myself. Knowing for a fact that I am amazing. I am resilient and I am a source for the power of attraction in my life.

After I write down my list, I can mark the section that I need to focus on. I will read it thoroughly and asses if it is under my control to change it or not. If it is, I will come up with a baby step plan to achieve its wellness. If it is not a controllable situation, I will find help. I will do my research and make an appointment to speak to someone that knows. I don’t need to know how or when the help will come. I know it will be resolved. I attract the answers to my prayers because I pray to a higher power.

I will remain calm, and accepting of my fragile human state. I will remain calm. Through my calm state, the answers will come. The light will shine in the cloudy matters. I believe I am well overall, and safe. Everything has a solution. I take deep breaths into my wellness journey. I have different breath work exercises I practice on a regular basis. 5,5,5,5. Breathe in through the nose using 5 deep counts, hold for 5, exhale through the mouth for 5 counts, holding for 5 counts then repeat!

For now, I will go find a blank notebook and a pen.

All is well. And will be well.
Much love.
