This is a mental break for you to enjoy and explore. All you need is a little bit of time when things are quiet. You will need a notebook and a pen. My printouts are some thoughts I have gathered to inspire yours. Pick the one that calls you the most.
You can read them at your convenience and use them to write your own. Sometimes we need inspiration. I hope I can help. Take baby steps, there is no rush. Allow yourself to
immerse into this space. Let the healing continue.
