The Pink Moon.

Tonight, around 8 pm., we are going to be able to catch a glimpse of this April's full Pink Moon. A beautiful phenomenon named after the springtime blooming of wild pink flowers. Our beautiful moon will also appear huge. My Abuelita on this special night, would gather her seashells and crystals and place them outside her house to charge them with the moon. She believed that the energy would remain and be kept as beautiful and strong talismans in her home. I want to believe if the moon can move the tides, it can certainly move something in me.

I would like to invite you to create your rituals, and your magic and welcome the restorative power of the moon.

You may have the urge to connect to your ancestors, your guides, and a higher power. It is in you. It has been all along. It's where we come from. Unknown I guess but it is there. It doesn't have to make much sense, if anything what does? What we do know is that we are here to experience so many things. Like this pink moon. How beautiful it is. And it just simply is. The power of its force will be felt within us. Just like the rain, or a beautiful sunny day. I like to believe the Universe sends us gifts. This to me I will interpret as a chance to heal. To take a look at my wounds, under the moonlight. To let them resurface, and to not be afraid. After all, there will be light. I will surrender to the moon. It will bring me peace to know, I am never alone. I can feel what I need to feel and be ok with it. I will allow myself to breathe in and exhale deeply. What a gift for me this will be. I would love to share it with you. Maybe you want to write it on a piece of paper and burn it. Maybe you want to just sit there and let it come and go. Maybe you want to sit there with gratitude for your blessings. We owe it to ourselves to take a mental break, a purposeful space in our busy days to focus on what is important. Our peace.

May the moon bring you just that. May it be the biggest reminder, you have the light to continue your journey. Whatever you are going through will pass. Whatever your wounds will heal. The circles of life continue. You are amazing, you are a magnificent creator. Be proud!!!
